Lunch menu: Tombon’s business lunch varies from day to day according to the seasonality of the products.
Dinner menu: For dinner, the chef proposes a menu that takes seasonal products into account, varying every month. There is a choice of four dishes per course type.
Beverage: our wine list is specially designed to provide our dishes with the best accompaniment. Tombon also offers excellent cocktails and fine liqueurs.

DISHES
Tombon creates sophisticated and unusual dishes. The ingredients he uses are of the highest quality and often personally chosen by the chef himself when purchasing them.
